Advanced Logistics Solutions, LLC ("ALS") operates the ACE Home Delivery driver platform and provides the ACE Driver App and related operational services for authorized delivery drivers. ACE Home Delivery is the trade name used by Advanced Logistics Solutions, LLC for its delivery operations. Throughout this policy, "ACE Home Delivery" refers to the delivery operations managed by Advanced Logistics Solutions, LLC.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how the ACE Driver App is used, we may collect:

• Driver name, mobile phone number, email address, and account status.
• Account activation tokens, login tokens, and related security information.
• Work timestamps, route activity, delivery-related events, and operational notes.
• Device information, IP address, browser information, and technical logs.
• Location information, including latitude, longitude, and location accuracy, when the driver grants permission.
• Vehicle inspection information, odometer readings, vehicle issue photographs, and related comments.
• Fuel receipt photographs and information extracted from those receipts, such as station name, gallons, unit price, and total amount.
• Results produced by automated image-reading or artificial-intelligence tools, including confidence scores and review flags.

2. How We Use Information

• Create and maintain driver accounts.
• Authenticate users and protect the ACE Driver App.
• Record work activity and support delivery operations.
• Review fuel purchases, vehicle inspections, mileage, and potential vehicle issues.
• Improve safety, accuracy, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Detect errors, misuse, fraud, security incidents, or policy violations.
• Provide driver support and communicate important operational information.
• Comply with legal, regulatory, contractual, and recordkeeping obligations.

3. SMS and Mobile Messaging Privacy

Mobile information may be used to send account activation links, verification codes, delivery assignments, route updates, safety notices, and other work-related operational messages.

Message frequency varies according to operational needs. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS messages or HELP for assistance.

We may use service providers that help us deliver and support the messaging program. Such providers may process information only as needed to provide the service and not for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

4. How We Share Information

We may disclose information to authorized ACE personnel, administrators, contractors, and service providers when reasonably necessary to operate the ACE Driver App, provide delivery services, maintain systems, process images, send messages, investigate incidents, or comply with law.

We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, security, or property of ACE, its drivers, customers, or others.

The sharing described in this section does not include sharing mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Location, Photos, and Automated Processing

The ACE Driver App may request access to location services and the device camera. Drivers should submit only work-related photographs and information. Receipt and odometer images may be processed by automated tools to extract information. Automated results may be reviewed or corrected by authorized personnel.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for operational, safety, accounting, legal, security, and recordkeeping purposes.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No system or method of transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Driver Choices

Drivers may decline location or camera permissions through their device settings, although doing so may prevent certain app features from working. Drivers may opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact an ACE administrator or dispatcher.

9. Children’s Privacy

The ACE Driver App is intended for authorized adult drivers and is not directed to children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date shown above identifies the current version.
