Advanced Logistics Solutions, LLC (“ALS”) operates the ACE Home Delivery driver platform. ACE Home Delivery is the delivery service operated by Advanced Logistics Solutions, LLC. This SMS program is administered by Advanced Logistics Solutions, LLC for authorized ACE Home Delivery drivers.
Program Overview
Advanced Logistics Solutions, LLC (“ALS”) uses the ACE Driver SMS Program to support ACE Home Delivery operations by sending low-volume, work-related SMS messages to authorized employees and contracted delivery drivers.
Messages may include driver account invitations, secure activation links, login verification codes, password reset verification codes, and other account-related communications required to access and use the ACE Driver App.
This registration process is used only for authorized employees and contracted delivery drivers of Advanced Logistics Solutions, LLC (ACE Home Delivery).
No promotional or marketing messages are sent. The program is used only for driver account and delivery operations.
How Drivers Give Consent
Supervisor explains the SMS program
During hiring, contracting, onboarding, or driver account setup, an Advanced Logistics Solutions (ACE Home Delivery) administrator or supervisor explains that the driver's mobile number will be used for work-related SMS messages.
Driver voluntarily provides a mobile number
The driver voluntarily provides the mobile phone number that will receive account activation, verification, delivery, route, and operational messages. Providing a mobile number by itself does not constitute consent to receive SMS messages.
Driver gives explicit verbal consent
Before any invitation is sent, the administrator explains the SMS program and asks the driver for explicit verbal consent to receive the described work-related text messages at the mobile number provided.
Administrator records the driver's consent
After verbal consent has been obtained, the
administrator enters the driver's information and
selects the SMS consent confirmation checkbox. The
checkbox is not selected by default, and the driver
account cannot be created until the administrator
confirms that consent was received. When the account
is created, the date and time of consent are recorded
in the driver's account.
Invitation SMS is sent
After the driver account has been created and consent has been recorded, Advanced Logistics Solutions, LLC sends a single account invitation SMS containing a secure activation link. The message identifies ACE Home Delivery and includes STOP and HELP instructions.
Driver activates the account
The driver activates the account using the secure
invitation link.
Driver accesses the ACE Driver Portal
After activation, the driver securely accesses the
ACE Driver Portal to submit fuel receipts,
inspections, timestamps, and receive operational
notifications.
Required Verbal Consent Script
The administrator must read the following script exactly as written before creating the driver account. The driver must clearly answer "Yes, I agree." before any SMS message is sent.
If the driver does not clearly answer "Yes, I agree," the administrator must not select the SMS consent checkbox and must not create the driver account or send any SMS message.
Example Invitation Message
Message frequency varies according to account and operational activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent applies only to the ACE Driver SMS Program and is not shared or transferred to unrelated messaging programs.
